Shipping and Returns
Customer Service is the MOST important part of our business. If you aren't happy, we aren't happy!
If for ANY reason you are not 100% satisfied with the products you've purchased from us, please email us. We will be glad to do everything in our power to come to a satisfactory resolution!
Shipping -
Software is delivered by either a download link, or when selected, a shipped CD. Buttons are shipped in the smallest container allowable. All shipping, unless otherwise requested, is done by USPS Priority Mail.
Refunds -
We hope you are enjoying your purchase from us. If the purchase did not meet your expectations, you must e-mail us within 5 days of receipt of order. DisjointedImages reserves the right to deny refund for custom orders. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment in which it was purchased, excluding shipping charges.
All returned items must be in original condition and undamaged. Returns will be shipped back at your own cost. All returns require an RMA number, and may be subject to restocking fees.
Prices in effect at time of purchase are final.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
